Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy across all reporting systems.
- Create comprehensive reports for management review on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Support weekend operational needs by providing real-time data support and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is required.
- Availability to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Willingness to relocate to North Carolina with assistance provided.
- Excellent communication skills to present data findings to non-technical audiences.
