Responsibilities
- Data Management: Clean, validate, and transform large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, highlighting critical insights and anomalies.
- Analysis: Perform statistical analysis to identify patterns, forecast trends, and support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Collaboration: Partner with the weekend operations team and other departments to understand data requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Documentation: Document data pipelines, analysis processes, and methodologies to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, with specific experience working in weekend or shift-based roles preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) as part of the core schedule.
