Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights
- Create and maintain dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to design A/B tests and validate hypotheses
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytics technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational database management
- Strong Python skills with experience in pandas, NumPy, and visualization libraries
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently during weekend shifts
