Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Design and maintain automated data pipelines for real-time analytics
- Present findings through compelling visualizations and data-driven recommendations
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control measures
- Support ad-hoc analysis projects to address urgent business needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with weekend shift flexibility
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and advanced Excel functions
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience working with remote teams across time zones
