Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present findings to executive teams through clear, data-driven narratives
- Maintain data integrity across systems and databases
- Support ad-hoc analysis projects for business-critical initiatives
- Document methodologies and processes for team scalability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Comfortable with weekend shift schedule (Fri-Sun)
