- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to provide real-time insights during weekend operations
- Collaborate with weekend operations teams to troubleshoot data inconsistencies
- Develop automated data pipelines to streamline weekend reporting workflows
- Present findings to leadership through clear visualizations and concise summaries
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
