Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for business improvement
- Create and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Excel and statistical analysis methods
- Experience working with weekend or non-traditional schedules preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
