Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for weekend stakeholder reviews
- Monitor data quality and implement data cleansing processes for weekend reporting cycles
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless data handoffs and continuity
- Present findings to leadership through concise visual summaries during weekend briefings
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from clients during weekend operational hours
- Document methodologies and maintain weekend-specific data documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible weekday availability for collaboration
