- Collaborate with product teams to conduct A/B tests and optimize user experiences
- Monitor data integrity and implement data quality improvement initiatives
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from cross-functional departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
