Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end data cleaning, extraction, and transformation using SQL and Python.
- Generate and maintain complex weekly and monthly reporting packages to support executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against targets.
- Design and develop interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms and databases.
- Conduct statistical analysis and trend forecasting to uncover hidden opportunities and risks.
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and actionable manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and complex Macros.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously during the weekend shift while maintaining high productivity and quality standards.
