Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
- Design and maintain complex dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize performance metrics.
- Perform complex data modeling and statistical analysis to support quarterly business reviews.
- Collaborate with the product and operations teams to troubleshoot data anomalies and improve reporting processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company data governance policies.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and forecasts for executive leadership as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, stored procedures).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expertise in visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
