We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to work Saturdays and Sundays (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) in our Milwaukee headquarters. Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and generate weekly performance reports
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop SQL queries to extract and transform data from enterprise databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Present findings to leadership teams through clear visualizations and narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality assurance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools
- Proficiency in statistical analysis (regression, hypothesis testing)
- Strong experience with ETL processes and data warehousing
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft Power BI preferred
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
