Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel techniques to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Validate data integrity and develop automated reporting pipelines for weekend operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Present findings to leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
- Optimize data workflows to improve weekend reporting efficiency by 30%
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, Python (Pandas), and data visualization tools
- Proven ability to transform complex data into clear business narratives
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working with large datasets (100K+ records) in weekend/shift environments
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Excellent communication skills for executive presentations
