Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Present findings to leadership through clear, compelling data narratives
- Maintain data integrity across multiple platforms and databases

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights
- Detail-oriented with proven problem-solving abilities
