Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business optimization
- Create automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau for weekend operational oversight
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable strategies
- Monitor weekend performance metrics and provide real-time insights to leadership
- Develop data validation protocols to ensure weekend data integrity and accuracy
- Present findings through clear visualizations and executive summaries for stakeholder reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with weekend shift preference
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis background with A/B testing and predictive modeling experience
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts while maintaining high output quality
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehouse environments (Snowflake preferred)
