Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports for executive stakeholders using Tableau/Power BI
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing weekly insights to leadership
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data quality and pipeline efficiency
- Develop automated reporting processes to streamline weekend data workflows
- Present findings to cross-functional teams through compelling data narratives
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from business units during weekend operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with weekend/shift work preferred
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization platforms
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing and regression
