- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality assurance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in A/B testing and hypothesis validation
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
