Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create automated dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholders
- Develop weekly performance reports and KPI tracking for weekend operations
- Collaborate with business teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity and implement quality control measures for weekend datasets
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests during peak weekend business hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on data analysis experience with SQL and Excel
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts
- Experience with data extraction from multiple sources (databases, APIs, flat files)
