Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling tools to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to conduct A/B tests and optimize user experiences
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear recommendations for strategic decisions
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
- Support weekend operational data needs while maintaining real-time monitoring capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis with SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with hypothesis testing
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
