Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify business trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to streamline weekend data processing workflows
- Collaborate with weekend operations teams to troubleshoot data anomalies and ensure data integrity
- Present findings to leadership through concise executive summaries and data-driven recommendations
- Maintain data governance standards while documenting analysis methodologies and results
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on data analysis experience with SQL and Python
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate business questions into data solutions
- Experience working with large datasets and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
