Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel techniques to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven business strategies
- Validate data integrity and implement quality control measures across all reports
- Present findings through compelling narratives and actionable recommendations
- Optimize weekend shift workflows to ensure seamless data pipeline operations
- Document processes and mentor junior analysts on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with weekend shift exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and ETL processes
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft Power BI preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
