Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and deliver actionable insights
- Create and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL and Excel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision making
- Develop data visualization solutions for stakeholder presentations
- Ensure data integrity through quality checks and validation protocols
- Assist in ad-hoc analysis projects for business units
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM)
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings
