Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Generate weekly performance reports for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data quality pipelines
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from product and marketing teams
- Document data processes and maintain analytical best practices
- Present findings to leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python/R)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
