Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets from various sources to support business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout the analysis process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Excellent knowledge of statistical concepts and data analysis methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and Python or R.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
