Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable insights that drive business performance.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and product management to define data requirements and analytical goals.
- Perform data cleaning, integration, and validation to ensure the highest standards of data integrity across all reporting systems.
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract data from various databases and create automated reporting solutions.
- Communicate findings effectively through clear written reports and presentations to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical capacity.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and scripting is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
