Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth within the business.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Utilize SQL and Python to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets.
- Present findings and insights to senior management and executive teams in a clear, concise manner.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Expert-level knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment is preferred.
