- Visualization & Reporting: Create compelling, interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize data for stakeholders across the organization.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to track progress.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current reporting processes and recommend data-driven solutions to streamline operations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical business leaders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Strong), Python or R (Intermediate+), and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excel Mastery: Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills with the ability to influence decisions without authority.
