Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and metrics.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support business planning and performance tracking.
- Present clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and managing data structures.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expert knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data to non-technical audiences.
