Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Datasets: Extract, clean, and interpret large datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and patterns.
- Visualize Insights: Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to understand their data needs and provide strategic recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements based on data analysis.
- Data Governance: Ensure data quality and integrity across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
