Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques to identify business opportunities and risks
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to support data-driven decision making
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize strategies
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings for knowledge sharing
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytical tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
