Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Design A/B tests and statistical models to evaluate program effectiveness
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visual reports and presentations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
- Stay current with evolving data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with focus on public sector or non-profit
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies
- Strong business acumen to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, AWS Certified Data Analytics)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
