Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Develop complex data models and perform statistical analysis to identify trends and anomalies.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets from various sources.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define metrics and track KPIs.
- Present data insights and recommendations in clear, concise, and compelling presentations.
- Document data processes and maintain technical documentation for the analytics team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Expert knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
