Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Engineering) to understand data needs and deliver comprehensive reporting solutions.
- Clean, transform, and prepare datasets from various sources using SQL and Python.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and improve product performance.
- Document data processes and ensure data integrity and quality across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle).
- Strong visualization skills with experience in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations.
