Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform statistical analysis and data mining to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on business metrics.
- Present complex data findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to non-technical audiences.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (2+ years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and managing databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business value.
