Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and success metrics.
- Perform rigorous data cleansing, validation, and normalization to ensure high data quality.
- Create automated reporting pipelines to reduce manual workload and improve efficiency.
- Present data findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
