Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex data analysis using SQL, Python, or R to identify trends, correlations, and patterns.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create regular and ad-hoc reports that provide actionable insights to management and drive business strategy.
- Data Governance: Maintain documentation of data sources, processes, and models to support organizational knowledge.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex data findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is highly preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with the ability to detect anomalies and errors in large datasets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate data into business value.
