Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance backend services using Java/Python and AWS cloud technologies
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation tools to streamline development workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system architecture for scalability, security, and fault tolerance
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Monitor production systems and implement proactive solutions for performance bottlenecks
- Contribute to open-source projects and emerging technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong proficiency in RESTful API design and microservices architecture
- Demonstrable experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Advanced problem-solving skills with complex distributed systems
- CI/CD pipeline implementation using Jenkins/GitLab CI
