Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify business opportunities and risks
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to validate hypotheses through A/B testing and data modeling
- Present insights to executive leadership with clear recommendations for strategic initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
