Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and non-technical manner.
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
