Responsibilities

- Create compelling data visualizations with Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop A/B testing frameworks to optimize product performance metrics
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data pipeline improvements
- Present findings to leadership through clear, data-driven narratives
- Monitor KPIs and build automated reporting dashboards
- Lead ad-hoc analytical projects supporting strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience in tech sector
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategy
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) preferred
