Responsibilities
- Lead development of microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP for 99.99% uptime
- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Design RESTful APIs with 10M+ daily endpoint capacity
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Terraform
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects used by 50K+ developers
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, and Java
- Deep knowledge of cloud-native architecture patterns
- Proven track record mentoring senior engineers
- Strong background in CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven development
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- Published contributions to major open-source projects
