Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing abilities
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) data services
- Excellent communication skills translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Google Analytics or Microsoft Azure Data Engineer preferred
