Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform business strategy.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify new opportunities for data-driven optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
