- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear, concise data storytelling.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
