Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within complex data sets.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Reporting: Create clear, concise documentation and presentations to communicate findings to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data collection processes and improve overall data governance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (advanced querying, joins, stored procedures) and experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Tools: Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into business recommendations.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot data issues effectively.
