Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create intuitive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- SQL Development: Write efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and insights to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise manner.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to optimize data pipelines and reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar quantitative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel.
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business value.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Indianapolis, IN (Relocation assistance included).
