Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and custom Python/R scripts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations
- Design and implement automated data pipelines to ensure data quality and accessibility
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives and reports
- Optimize data collection systems to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Stay current with emerging analytics tools and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Strong programming abilities in Python or R for data manipulation and modeling
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
