Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources using SQL and Python.
- Develop interactive and intuitive dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data pipelines.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimental design is a plus.
