Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic business decisions
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Implement data quality controls and ensure accuracy of all reporting outputs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of delivering insights
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
