Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data collection systems to ensure accurate reporting and analysis
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder insights
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with business units to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through quality control processes and documentation
- Present complex findings to executive leadership through compelling narratives
- Support ad-hoc analysis projects to address urgent business questions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational database management
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data manipulation
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Deep understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience working in remote team environments with asynchronous workflows
